Xylyn has over 20 years of experience in caring for multiple newborns and excelling in scheduling and sleep training. As one of the founders of Care Connection Company, Xylyn’s mission extends beyond her own expertise. She is committed to empowering other women to become skilled Newborn Care Specialists, sharing her knowledge and experience to enrich the lives of both caregivers and the little ones they nurture.
